Kridhan Infra advances with arm bagging order worth Rs 134 crore

Kridhan Infra is currently trading at Rs. 121.00, up by 4.30 points or 3.68% from its previous closing of Rs. 116.70 on the BSE.

The scrip opened at Rs. 120.80 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 122.50 and Rs. 120.00 respectively. So far 14,000 shares were traded on the counter.

The BSE group 'B' stock of face value Rs. 2 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 142.00 on 05-Jan-2018 and a 52 week low of Rs. 52.45 on 08-May-2017.

Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs. 122.50 and Rs. 108.00 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs. 1,144.93 crore.

The promoters holding in the company stood at 51.19%, while Institutions and Non-Institutions held 16.54% and 32.27% respectively.

Kridhan Infra’s (KIL) subsidiary KH Foges has recently been awarded a new piling contract, in Singapore, worth Rs 134 crore (SG$ 27 million). The contract period for the project is approximately 4 months.

Recently, KIL had acquired an additional 4.61% stake in Vijay Nirman Company (VNC). As a part of this transaction, VNC had allotted 14,99,475 fresh equity shares to KIL. Post this transaction, KIL holding in Vijay Nirman had increased to 41.47%.
