Kridhan Infra zooms with associate company bagging order worth Rs 180 crore

Kridhan Infra is currently trading at Rs. 93.40, up by 3.60 points or 4.01% from its previous closing of Rs. 89.80 on the BSE.

The scrip opened at Rs. 93.20 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 105.00 and Rs. 92.80 respectively. So far 35213 shares were traded on the counter.

The BSE group 'B' stock of face value Rs. 2 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 142.00 on 05-Jan-2018 and a 52 week low of Rs. 68.00 on 28-Jun-2017.

Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs. 105.00 and Rs. 85.25 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs. 882.39 crore.

The promoters holding in the company stood at 47.04%, while Institutions and Non-Institutions held 15.54% and 37.42% respectively.

Kridhan Infra’s (KIL) associate company Vijay Nirman Company (VNC) has won a new order worth Rs 180 crore. This order encompasses structural work for Connectivity to the Vishakhapatnam Port Road in Andhra Pradesh. The Rs 180 crore order is to be completed within 15 months.

KIL currently owns approximately 41% stake in VNC and hence, VNC operates as an associate company of KIL. Vijay Nirman is a pedigreed private construction company, having completed over 400 projects, in over 30 years of operations.
