Kridhan Infra shines with associate company bagging order worth Rs 174 crore from CPWD

Kridhan Infra is currently trading at Rs. 75.00, up by 1.25 points or 1.69% from its previous closing of Rs. 73.75 on the BSE.

The scrip opened at Rs. 74.00 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 75.65 and Rs. 72.00 respectively. So far 21156 shares were traded on the counter.

The BSE group 'B' stock of face value Rs. 2 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 142.00 on 05-Jan-2018 and a 52 week low of Rs. 66.00 on 05-Jul-2018.

Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs. 75.65 and Rs. 72.00 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs. 710.84 crore.

Kridhan Infra’s associate company Vijay Nirman Company (VNC) has won order worth Rs 174 crore from Central Public Works Department (CPWD), Government of India for construction works in New Delhi. The time frame for completion of the project will be 21 months.

VNC has a vast experience in the roads, bridges, airports and affordable housing segments and is well reputed for its timely execution and its strong technical skill. Kridhan Infra currently owns approximately 41% stake in VNC and hence, VNC operates as an associate company of Kridhan Infra.
