Oriental Hotels surges on concluding sale of land in Mysore for Rs 19.30 crore

Oriental Hotels is currently trading at Rs. 47.00, up by 0.80 points or 1.73% from its previous closing of Rs. 46.20 on the BSE.

The scrip opened at Rs. 49.40 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 49.40 and Rs. 46.50 respectively. So far 45738 shares were traded on the counter.

The BSE group 'B' stock of face value Rs. 1 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 59.25 on 18-Apr-2018 and a 52 week low of Rs. 33.65 on 01-Oct-2018.

Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs. 49.40 and Rs. 43.90 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs. 837.63 crore.

The promoters holding in the company stood at 65.52%, while Institutions and Non-Institutions held 12.86% and 21.62% respectively.

Oriental Hotels has concluded the sale transaction for the land owned by the Company in Mysore on March 30, 2019. The transaction value amounts to Rs 19.30 crore. Earlier, the company had received Board of Directors’ approval at its meeting held on March 29, 2019 for the same.
