Carysil’s Wholly Owned Subsidiary -- Acrysil USA Inc has concluded acquisition of 100% Membership Interest of ‘United Granite, LLC’ (UGL) with all the necessary formalities.
Earlier, Acrysil USA had agreed to acquire a 100% membership interest in UGL in Virginia, USA. UGL manufactures kitchen tops for retail, residential and commercial projects in the United States. In CY22, UGL had revenue of $12.4 million with positive EBITDA.
