HIL surges on resuming operations at manufacturing unit in Wada

HIL is currently trading at Rs. 268.00, up by 3.55 points or 1.34% from its previous closing of Rs. 264.45 on the BSE.

The scrip opened at Rs. 266.00 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 272.00 and Rs. 266.00 respectively. So far 1869 shares were traded on the counter.

The BSE group 'B' stock of face value Rs. 10 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 538.00 on 09-Jan-2013 and a 52 week low of Rs. 252.00 on 29-Oct-2013.

Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs. 270.00 and Rs. 255.00 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs. 199 crore.

The promoters holding in the company stood at 41.40% while Institutions and Non-Institutions held 5.38% and 53.22% respectively.

HIL has resumed its operations at its sheeting manufacturing unit located at Wada in state of Maharashtra from December 20, 2013. The operations were stopped due to sluggish demand in western market.
