Veritaas Advertising was incorporated on July 31, 2018 under the name and style of ‘Veritaas Advertising Private Limited’, a private limited company under the Companies Act, 2013, pursuant to a certificate of incorporation dated August 1, 2018 issued by the Registrar of Companies, Central Registration Centre. Subsequently, the company was converted into a public limited company pursuant to a resolution passed by its Shareholders in an Extraordinary General Meeting held on December 23, 2023 and consequently the name of the company was changed to ‘Veritaas Advertising Limited’ and a fresh certificate of incorporation dated February 1, 2024 was issued by the Registrar of Companies, West Bengal at Kolkata.

It owns advertisement spaces in West Bengal, Guwahati and Shillong, thereby making it one of the few media owning marketing and advertisement agencies. It also operates in Delhi, Mumbai and Pune. It operate/advertise in police booths and outdoor hoardings, which reduces its dependence on third parties and enables it in offering integrated services.

While it has long term relationships with the such parties, it typically does not enter into long term agreements with such intermediaries.
