However, in such case and in case Users do not agree to the Privacy Policy, MoneyWorks4me reserves the right to withhold the provision of Services to such Users without any liability or claim in respect therewith.
If Users do not wish to receive communications including recommendations and other notifications from MoneyWorks4me, the Users can click on the “unsubscribe” button in mailers or uncheck the email/SMS alerts option on the “My Account’ page of the Site. Such requests will be processed immediately, however MoneyWorks4me will continue to provide such communications in respect of the other services provided on the Site unless the Users have similarly unsubscribed from the same,

The Site is created and maintained by a reputed webhosting service provider. The webhosting service provider ensures against malicious denial of service attacks, database hacks, viruses, and/or other threats of similar nature. The Site is equipped with a Firewall which protects the critical data stored. It facilitates the blocking of bad traffic while efficiently allowing good traffic to pass through. The Site is protected and kept secured by adequate antivirus software.
MoneyWorks4me makes no express representation or warranty as to whether information Users transmit to the Site will be intercepted by, or otherwise be received by, an unauthorized third party, and Users transmit such information at their own risk.
MoneyWorks4me shall not be liable for any loss of information howsoever caused whether as a result of any interruption, suspension, or termination of the Services and Site or otherwise. MoneyWorks4me shall not be held liable for any loss of data technical or otherwise, information, particulars supplied by Users due to the reasons beyond its control like corruption of data or delay or failure to perform as a result of any causes or conditions that are beyond its control including but not limited to strike, riots, civil unrest, government policies, tampering of data by unauthorized persons like hackers, war and other natural calamities.
In compliance with the Information Technology Act, 2000, the amendments thereto and the Rules framed there under, MoneyWorks4me has designated a Grievance Officer for redressal of all User grievances. Funds ranking in screeners: Performance Consistency and Quality are two parameters used for ranking funds for SIP. The ranking as follows GG, GO, GR, OG, OO, OR, RG, RO and RR.
With the same color-coded funds, the one with the higher Average 3-year rolling returns (over 5 to 10 years), the number that appears in the Performance tag, ranks higher.
